Consolidated Reporting in Cluster

Web Safety is able to automatically upload traffic monitoring information from slave cluster nodes to the master server node. To enable this, navigate to Web UI / Dashboard / Config Sync / Sync Client tab and enable log upload as indicated on the following screenshot.

The sync client daemon will upload the logs from /var/log/squid folder to the /opt/websafety/var/cluster/log folder on the server node. Each cluster client will upload its logs into a corresponding subfolder (named by IP address of the client). The server node will then automatically collect statistics information from those folders when generating traffic reports.
