Bandwidth Throttling and Limitations

It is also possible to limit total download bandwidth per policy member (for example by Active Directory group). This setting can be adjusted for each policy. To enable bandwidth throttling, navigate to Web Filter / Policy / Bandwidth and set the required limits as indicated on the following screenshot.

The bandwidth throttling is implemented using Squid’s delay_pools settings.
